3. Products

All products are handmade or made-to-order using 3D printing and/or laser cutting techniques. Due to the nature of these processes:

  • Slight variations in colour, finish, or grain (for wood) may occur
  • Minor imperfections may be present
  • Product images are for illustration purposes only

These characteristics are not considered faults.

4. Personalised & Custom Orders

  • Personalised items must be checked carefully before placing your order
  • We are not responsible for spelling errors or incorrect details provided by the customer
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
  • Personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable
  • Payment must be made in full before production begins
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice

6. Production & Dispatch Times

  • Made-to-order items typically take 3–7 working days to produce
  • During busy periods, production times may increase
  • You will be notified once your order has been dispatched

7. Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via Royal Mail
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services
  • Customers must ensure the delivery address is correct

8. Returns & Refunds

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations:

Non-Personalised Items

  • You have 14 days to request a return
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility

Personalised / Custom Items

  • Non-returnable unless faulty or damaged

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos as evidence
  • We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website remain the property of BB Laser Crafts.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs without permission
  • Custom designs remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise

10. Product Use & Safety

  • Our products are decorative and not intended as toys unless stated
  • Keep small parts away from children where applicable
  • We are not liable for misuse of our products

11. Limitation of Liability
